Games Cancelled - 27/06/2010

All CSSL games are cancelled this weekend due to grand availability.

This round will become catch up day 2.

Please notify your players that this weekend’s games are off.

The Warriors game is on at AMI stadium Sunday afternoon, this could be a good alternative for your team this Sunday.

2010 Referee Courses

Level One Course: This is a 10 – 12 hour course (usually six, two hour or four, three hour sessions) where we take an in depth look at the Laws of the Game (LotG) and an explanation of how you can start refereeing. This includes a test at the end of the course. This course is aimed more for the person who is likely to take up refereeing.

Introductory Level Course: This is a 3-4 hour course taking a basic view of the LotG. This course is suitable for those who want to become Club Based Referees, Junior Referees or just want to gain a better knowledge of the LotG. This can be held on a day of the weekend, on one weeknight evening or over two week nights. This also includes a test at the end of the course

2010 Canterbury Level One Course dates:

Course 1 English Park Wednesdays March 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st (6.30pm–9.30pm)

Course 2 English Park Wednesdays May 5th & 12th, Tue 18th & Wed 26th (6.30pm 9.30pm)

Course 3 English Park (June/July) Mon June 28th, Wed June 30th, Mon July 5th & Wed July 7th (6.30pm– 9.30pm)

Level 1 Courses can be conducted for clubs at their own venue, depending on numbers. The above dates will remain, but the venue will be the only change.

Cost: $25 per person

2010 Canterbury Introductory Level Course dates:

Course 1 Christchurch: English Park Wednesday 7th April 2010 (6pm–10pm)

Course 2 Christchurch: English Park Monday 17th May 2010 (6pm–10pm)

Course 3 Christchurch: English Park Wednesday 17th June 2010 (6pm–10pm)

Course 4 Christchurch: English Park Wednesday 14th July 2010 (6pm–10pm)

Cost: $15 per person
